Limitation of Liability.

• The tour operator is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the recreational activities on all scheduled tours, including those caused by wildlife encounters or natural disasters.

Disclaimer.

• Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with some of our recreational activities especially the wildlife safari tours due to the unpredictability of wildlife behavior and the potential for accidents or injuries.
